Beginner Flow
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, you transition from one pose to the next, on an inhale or an exhale.
This technique is sometimes also called "Vinyasa Flow," or just "Flow," because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

Chakra Meditation
Life Coach Rob leads discussions around the energy systems of the body and how to use sound to "tune" the chakra centers to promote optimum health and emotional well-being. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or mat to lay on.

Core Strength
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, a blend of stretches, Vinyasa Core Strength yoga & Pilates techniques are taught to focus on challenging areas: thighs, glutes, abs & back.
Be ready to do crunches, lifts, focused belly breathing and belly work.

Gentle Yoga
This class focuses on relaxation and renewal, through connection with, and acceptance of, one's self.
Suitable for all ages and ability levels.

Hatha For Everybody
Combines breath and movement to explore and open the body's tension patterns.
Variations will be given in postures, to allow this class to be suitable for everyone.

Hot Series
In a hot (100+ degrees) studio, this class addresses the fundamentals of good yoga asanas and o addresses the fundamentals of doing hot yoga specifically.

Hot Stretch
In a hot (100+ degrees) studio, an extremely relaxed stretch class is lead as an excellent way to target problem areas, and work on muscle release.

Intermediate Flow
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio helps warm your muscles as you transition from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale of your own breath.

Morning Awakener
In a hot (100+ degrees) studio, this opening hatha series will start your day off just right!

Not So Fit
Taught in a hot (100+ degrees) room, this class is for those new to hot yoga.
This class is taught at a slower pace with more instruction for each posture. This class is also great for all yogis who want to review their alignment.

Restorative
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, we will practice bringing stillness to our bodies and calmness to our minds, so that we may rest quietly in the present moment, providing the body an opportunity to renew and heal. Everyone is welcome - especially seniors, or people with injuries; those individuals looking for a way back to a normal healthy active lifestyle.

Spontaneous Yoga
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, this class incorporates Pranayam, guided visualization, mantra and movement into a deeply personal yoga experience. Students work to strengthen the movement of Prana. As the energy builds, students listen to the subtle messages within your own body and are encouraged to move accordingly. The goal of this practice is to open our minds, remove the limitations of structure and connect to our bodies' infinite wisdom.

In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, movement is guided by breath.
Breathing techniques, stretches, sun salutations and yoga poses flow smoothly from one to the next, like dance or Tai Chi.

Warm Sound Healing
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, this class offers traditional yoga asanas while the room is vibrating at various sound frequencies.
This unique combination of modalities facilitates the movement of energy through the body leaving participants feeling light-hearted, energized and blissful. Designed for beginners to intermediate yogis.

Yin Yoga
In a warm studio (90+ degrees) this class focuses on longer holds in the postures which allow access to the deep connective tissues in the body mainly around the lower back, hips and pelvis. Increased body awareness and a sense of acceptance are strengthened through quiet meditative exploration.

Youth Yoga
Learn to manage emotions, stress and a changing body through yoga.
Postures, breathing and meditation are done to current music todays youth can relate to in a fun and supportive environment.
Increase flexibility, strength and overall fitness while connecting to your true self in a light and playful yoga practice. All levels welcome.

Private Yoga Instruction
We are now offering private instructional classes at the Hot N' Cool Yoga Club. These classes can be booked for individuals or for a group.
