Core Strength
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, a blend of stretches, Vinyasa Core Strength yoga & Pilates techniques are taught to focus on challenging areas: thighs, glutes, abs & back.
Be ready to do crunches, lifts, focused belly breathing and belly work.

Gentle Hatha
In a warm studio (86+ degrees), this class is a gentler and slower variation of the Hatha yoga class. Students will focus on stretching and opening the body and will practice proper yogic breathing techniques that will assist with opening and aligning the body.
Proper variations and modifications of the poses will be taught. This class offers the student the opportunity to listen and honour the body while exploring the pose. This class is for all levels of yoga practitioners.

Hot Series
In a hot (100+ degrees) studio, this class addresses the fundamentals of good yoga asanas and addresses the fundamentals of doing hot yoga specifically.

Hot Stretch
In a hot (100+ degrees) studio, an extremely relaxed stretch class is lead as an excellent way to target problem areas, and work on muscle release.

Pranayam and Meditation
For those students who are looking to deepen and enrich their yoga practice with the power of the breath. Pranayam, like asana (yoga postures) develops through time and practice, and like asana the healing benefits are many. Warm Ashtanga Inspired Intermediate
In a warm studio (90+ degrees), this energetic vinyasa style practice follows the ashtanga primary series modified for a warmer environment. This series will strengthen and tone your body, increase endurance and flexibility and enhance your balance. This class is intended to be an athletic and challenging class. Students should have a basic understanding of the primary series poses.

Pre-Natal Yoga
In a cool studio, mothers-to-be get a safe and gentle workout. They learn to stretch out tension, breathing and movement techniques, to assist during labour and birth.
The class is facilitated by Elizabeth M, a Doula & Birth Attendant. This class addresses both physical and emotional needs during the childbearing year.

Restorative
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, we will practice bringing stillness to our bodies and calmness to our minds, so that we may rest quietly in the present moment, providing the body an opportunity to renew and heal. Everyone is welcome - especially seniors, or people with injuries; those individuals looking for a way back to a normal healthy active lifestyle.

Rhythm Yogi Class
In a warm (86+ degrees) studio, a music/video/voice lead class enables yogis to practice their postures in a group setting. Yogis are encouraged to set their own pace & Asana level to this fast paced, flow series. Everyone is welcome.

Vinyasa Flow
In a warm (86+ degrees) studio, students will experience the continuous and fluid movement of Vinyasa yoga while discovering the connection between the breath and body. Vinyasa yoga links rhythmic breathing with flowing movement to create internal heat.
This is an energetic practice focusing on moving the body with the rhythm of the breath while developing strength, flexibility and balance. Release the mind and rejuvenate the body with Vinyasa yoga. This class is designed for beginner to intermediate yogis.

Vinyasa Power Yoga
In a warm (90+ degrees) studio, students will experience an energetic, ashtanga-based yoga class. Sun salutations are used to warm-up and vinyasa connections are used between sequences. This smooth, flowing style focuses on co-ordinating breath with movement and developing upper-body strength. Strength and flexibility are integrated, balancing the body and balancing energy.

Warm Ashtanga Inspired
In a warm studio (90 degrees), this energetic vinyasa style practice follows the ashtanga primary series modified for a warm environment. This series will strengthen and tone your body, increase endurance and flexibility and enhance your balance. Asana modifications will be given so this class can be taken at all levels.

Warm Ashtanga Inspired Intermediate
In a warm studio (90+ degrees), this energetic vinyasa style practice follows the ashtanga primary series modified for a warmer environment. This series will strengthen and tone your body, increase endurance and flexibility and enhance your balance. This class is intended to be an athletic and challenging class. Students should have a basic understanding of the primary series poses.

Warm Hatha
In a warm studio (90+ degrees) students will move through traditional yoga poses and will strengthen, stretch and tone the body while developing focus, balance and agility. This class will also focus on fluidity in movement, proper alignment, holding poses, transitioning from pose to pose and deepening the mind body connection.
This is a class for students of all levels. Students new to yoga will learn the yoga poses and intermediate students will have the opportunity to more deeply explore the poses. Modifications and variations will be taught making this a class for everyone!

Warm Morning Flow with Pranayam
In a warm (90+ degree) studio, this series will incorporate both yogic limbs of asana and pranayam. The class will begin and end of five minutes of pranayam with an energetic vinyasa flow in between. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Yin Yoga
In a warm studio (90+ degrees) this class focuses on longer holds in the postures which allow access to the deep connective tissues in the body mainly around the lower back, hips and pelvis. Increased body awareness and a sense of acceptance are strengthened through quiet meditative exploration.

Yoga Asanas for Everyone
In a warm (86+ degrees) studio, students will move through traditional yoga asanas. Students will strengthen, stretch and tone the body while developing focus, balance and agility.
This class will also focus on fluidity in movement, proper alignment, holding asanas, transitioning from pose to pose and deepening the mind-body connection. This is a class for students of all levels.
Students new to yoga will learn the yoga asanas and intermediate students will have the opportunity to explore these asanas more deeply. Modifications and variations will be taught, making this a class for everyone.

Yoga Core Class
In a warm (85 degree) studio, we will focus on developing core strength in the yoga poses. Building strength and stamina, creating stability and balance, and bringing safety and depth to the yoga poses. This class helps students establish a firm foundation of strength while focusing on the body's core muscles and back. Developing 'extended core power' - the surrounding areas such as the legs, hips, glutes, arms and shoulders will also be covered.

Teen Yoga
In a warm (86+ degrees) studio, teen classes will cover the basics of yoga. This is a great opportunity for youth to see what yoga is all about, in a fun, laid-back environment.
Postures, breathing and meditation are done to popular music, teaching teens to increase flexibility, strength and overall fitness.

Power Fusion
Power Fusion is a challenging strength and conditioning class that combines the breathing, and postural alignment of a Hatha style combination of Yoga, Pilates and muscle toning exercises to increase strength and flexibility.
Taught in a warm (86+ degrees) studio and suitable for all abilities as modifications are provided for each position.
